I plan to use this site to show what science can do to illuminate issues of concern for citizens. The goal is to give people a reason to believe what they suspect is true. I expect that anyone who chooses not to be persuaded will remain unpersuaded. I hope that visitors to this site are buttressed against whatever propaganda they encounter.
